Submission of a Manuscript

Before publication, all accepted papers should be submitted:

• A camera-ready copy which accurately follows the journal Template Format.
• The author is also asked to fill out a Copyright Agreement Transfer.
• The authors are requested to either apply requested reviewers' comments or explain the reason for which they disregard any of the comments of reviewers by filling out Author's Response Form as well.
